Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Utopia Ultra ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing, or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Utopia Ultra provides access to streaming content over the internet for your personal, private, household use only. The channel and content line-up is supplied by upstream providers and may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific channel, event, or title will be available at any given time.

2. Your account & security

You are responsible for keeping your login and connection details confidential, and for all activity under your account. Do not share, publish, sub-let, resell, or redistribute your access. Each subscription is licensed to a single household and to the number of devices you purchased.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute the service; use it for public/commercial screening; share credentials; attempt to circumvent device limits; reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use the content and for compliance with the laws of your country.

4. Billing & subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the term you select and grant access for that term. A free trial may be offered so you can confirm compatibility before purchasing. Prices, plans, and terms may change; changes apply to future renewals.

5. Availability & "as is"

We work hard to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device, ISP throttling, upstream providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access — without refund — for breach of these terms, including credential sharing, resale, abuse, fraudulent payments, or chargebacks (see our Refund Policy).

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always applies. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
